Our Bushland honey is rich, full flavoured and floral taste. Typically a good eating honey on toast, in teas or bespoke deserts. Made up of bush plants and eucalypts, sometimes even tea tree. This honey is a candied texture.

RAW HONEY is honey at its best. It comes just as the bees created it with enzymes and health benefits. It is totally natural made by sweet little bees with no additives.

Our hand processed RAW HONEY is very special. If well looked-after it can last centuries. Always keep honey in dry, airtight glass containers. If crystallised, sit the jar in warm water until honey is runny.
