1. What is raw honey?
Raw honey is honey that’s unfiltered, unpasteurized, and straight from the hive. It retains all of its natural enzymes, pollen, vitamins, and minerals — unlike processed honey, which is often heated and filtered.
2. Why is my honey cyrstallised?
Crystallization is a really good sign that your honey is raw and pure. Some honeys crystallise super fast and some are super slow. If you want your honey to be less crystallised and runnier to use. Try putting your honey in a sink of warm water, directly in the sun or on a heater and it will naturally become soft and runny on the top of your jar.
3. Will my honey expire?
Nope! Raw honey is naturally antimicrobial and can last indefinitely if stored properly.
4. Is raw honey actually good for you ?
YES. It’s packed with nature’s goodies:
