What you need:
Whole banana
Choice of milk (we used coconut milk)
Half – full teaspoon of bee pollen
Nutmeg
Cinnamon honey
Other fruit of choice – frozen/fresh berries, passionfruit, mango





What to do:
Chuck all the ingredients into a blender and blend. Easy!
Top with nutmeg and extra pollen to taste.

i purchased the bee pollen and the jahhah and made this smoothie for my kids and they absolutely loved it !! i’ve noticed that after 8 weeks on the pollen that i’ve become more energized and my hay fever has improve which is great as spring is here ! One of my kids suffer from acne and after reading one of your recipes for face masks i have put him on that.
